LifeGate Church meets every Sunday at Otsego Elementary School, 10:00 AM. When you arrive at the school make sure to stay left and follow the signs around to the parking lot on the side of the school. Then, use the entrance by the playground—someone will be there to welcome you! We suggest arriving a few minutes early for childcare check-in and to grab a cup of coffee and a donut at Guest Services.
From start to finish the service is approximately one-hour and fifteen minutes long. We have live worship music, a short break so parents can get kids to their activities (this is a great time to refresh your coffee and grab another donut), and straight-forward messages from The Bible that are applied to the various aspects of life.
As part of our Sunday morning services we do receive an offering. If you are a guest, please do not feel any pressure or obligation to give. At LifeGate, giving is first and foremost another aspect of worshiping God for who He is and all of the great work He is doing in our lives. In addition giving is a Biblical form of investing to continue the work of God’s Kingdom through the local church.
Childcare is available throughout the entire service for our youngest guests. Preschool and elementary-age children are dismissed following the worship service for their activities. Make sure to stop at the Kids Check-in table so our volunteers can make it the best experience for your family. You can be confident your kids are in a safe, nurturing, and fun atmosphere with caring volunteers!
One Sunday a month there is a Youth Hang-out for teenagers during the sermon. It is a not only a fun time to connect with other students while eating donuts, but also an opportunity for meaningful conversation about what is taking place in students’ lives. In addition, teenagers meet two times a month on Wednesdays for youth group in homes near Otsego Elementary School.
